a 16-team playoff. There is all this talk about an 8-team playoff, but that is still going to cause all kinds of debate since two of the Top 10 teams will be left out. There will be less debate leaving out #17, #18, etc since those teams will all probably have at least two ... if not three ... losses.

a playoff. Every other level of college football has a playoff. Give the fans what we want.

an annual Final Four that would include:

- One of the SEC schools.
- Oklahoma or Texas
- USC
- Ohio State

Miami and Florida State could be substituted in every now and then. Those are the only teams that compete for the championship anyway.

a playoff. I don't care if its 8 teams, 16 teams, or all 120 teams, but there needs to be a playoff.

i say a playoff of 120 teams of that lasts 3 years in total

some of u people dont understand college football how can u just give it to like florida usc or oklahoma and texas have u forgotten about teams like nebraska, alabama, miami nebraska is on the rise, alabama was 2 wins away from the title last year, and miami has good players they just need a good coach to get them to where they need to be and i almost forgot someone like michigan they r down but everyone has their down years u need a 16 team playoff cause then u could have a cinderella win it and those r always fun

lol at the above. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but Nebraska is never going to compete for the national title again. Texas and Oklahoma are always going to be good, and it looks like Texas Tech and Oklahoma State are here to stay. Nebraska just doesn't have the great high school football to get the top recruits. I'll agree that Alabama, Michigan, and Miami will be back though.

i will admitt that i am a husker fan but we have never really had great high school football and we have never really got the top recruits nebraska football is built on the walk-on program we get people who will work their !@#$ off for the team and try to make if not themselves the first string better if u agree with that person above that michigan and miami will be back i dont understand y u think nebraska wont be back

a 16-team playoff.

I also agree with Panther that Michigan and Miami have a better chance of "being back" than Nebraska because the Big Ten and ACC suck. Nebraska just has more to compete with. I guess Bama is already back b/c of last year too.

definently a 16 team playoff
i think that every team that was mentioned by the guy above have a chance to get back into the title contention back in the 90s oklahoma and usc had terrible years but yet here they are today with everyone thinking that they are the only people who can win it sure nebraska has more to compete with but they always have back when nebraska and oklahoma played every year and they were both in the top 5 almost all the time everyone has their down years they just need time to get the right people in place to win
